B.S. Degree- Gather all data required to process regular and special (Christmas bonus, Profit Sharing, etc) payroll payments- Calculation of Social Security (IMSS) and Housing Fund (INFONAVIT) quotas- Calculation of State and Federal Taxes withholdings- Preparation of the monthly payments to Federal Credit (INFONACOT)- Preparation of employee final payments- Coordinate E-accounting reports of individual employee payroll payments- Posting of payroll and payroll related items in SAP- Prepare balance sheet accounts analysis every quarter- Assistance in employee's queries- Provide analytic support to plant operations staff as requested- Prepare and report bi-monthly variable compensation file (IMSS)
