• Identifying, assessing, contracting, onboarding, and cultivating new vendors/suppliers.
• Procuring goods, materials, and services to meet operational needs.
• Establishing purchase order systems, monitoring order fulfillment, and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensuring efficient procurement processes.

How you will do it:

• Negotiating pricing and managing orders for services and supplies.
• Conducting sourcing activities to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to maintain material supply.
• Monitoring and assessing vendor performance.
• Coordinating with finance team on payment matters.
• Providing information and guidance internally and externally.
• Communicating effectively throughout the procurement and supply chain process.
• Maintaining high ethics and standards in procurement.

• Three to seven years of purchasing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite and advanced MRP/ERP knowledge.
