Responsibilities:

The
Opportunity
Provide EDI baseline support for inbound and outbound documents within SAP ECC.

Be the main form of support for errors on delivery/shipments documents resulting in the prevention of ship start/receiving within SAP ECC.

Your Impact
As Materials Data Analyst IDOC your functions would consist of

Monitor all key interface transmission in SAP for Transportation
Shipping & Receiving (
Primary)
Analysis and resolve any issues associated with failed EDI/IDOCs on key interfaces related to shipping & Receiving (
Primary)
Determine root cause analysis on EDI/IDOC errors and resolve and/or partner with IT to recommend appropriate corrections and drive continuous improvement (
Primary & Consultation)
Act as liaison between Enduser, SAP Technical Support, and BIS Support to resolve issues around inbound and outbound IDOC's (
Primary)
Assist in identifying and compiling system test cases and participate in system and acceptance testing on various projects (
Informed/Consultation/Executing Actions)
Compile or modify training documentation and present to the business users on issues, changes, etc. associated with the EDI/IDOC process (
Primary)
Work with C&O Team Leads on various projects to provide data and analytical support (
Consultation)
Lead projects associated with improved business processes (
Primary)
Compile and report EDI/IDOC metrics on a daily/weekly/period basis (
Primary)
Work off hours and holidays as needed (
Primary)
Continual update of EDI/IDOC playbooks (
Primary)
Any other analytical eCommerce capability support needs required by the business (
Informed & Consultation)

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Working Knowledge of PepsiCo Business Processes

years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations.

Demonstrate understanding of Logistics Supply Chain systems
System implementation or baseline support experience a plus
Requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems (i.e Tableau and Power BI)
Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Power APPs
Working knowledge of SAP ECC R3 or higher
