Offer:

Salary: $13,000 $15,000 net monthly + legal benefits
Modality: Hybrid / Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx.

Features:

Support sales management to carry out administrative processes for new clients, maintain timely collections from consulting clients, proactive collection of annual service renewals and maintain a long-term client base, assertively resolve aspects related to proactive customer service as reactive.

Requirements:

Academic training with a certificate in careers such as Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.
Previous experience of at least 4 years as an administrative assistant in the commercial area working remotely with proven results.
Knowledge of electronic billing 4.0, payment complements. General knowledge of Mexican tax laws and taxes.
Basic knowledge of payments (transfers) and billing to foreign clients.
It is desirable that they have worked with a quality management system.
