RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll be able to do:
- Plan, lead, execute and give support to Automation Initiatives.
- Drive local process standardization, optimization, efficiency, and improve experience through workflow simplification, utilization of Design Thinking & Intelligent Automation
- Drive E2E Process performance improvement by identifying and leading process reengineering projects, as aligned with Global Process Owners (GPOs)
- Drives efforts to keep abreast of external and internal products, industry benchmarking, and other competitive information.
- Understand the enterprise Point of View on EndtoEnd Processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
OR **a combination of equivalent experience with some education - Strong Knowledge on software development principles and architecture (+ 3 years)
- Pega Automation Systems (+2 year)
- Python 3.x (+2 year)
- Postgres (+2 years)
- Alteryx (+2 year)
- Google Cloud Technology (+1 year)
- Good understanding of Web services, REST APIs, JSON. (+1 year)
- Process mapping
- Results driven and detail oriented
- Fluent English
Helpful skills:
- Understand and operate in a global context
- Manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively
- Partner with others and foster teamwork, with a "can do" positive attitude and selfmotivation
- Understanding of Scrum framework
