Key Job Elements

Support Power BI developers with best practices and resource monitoring
Create gateway connections for Power BI and PowerApp
Primary support for design and access to Power BI through Pro and Premium Capacity platforms
Exploring Power BI new features
Scripting of repetitive tasks, such as standing up infrastructure or powering off and on environments.
Configure and setup the Virtual networking in Azure
Monitoring data refreshes and report performance metrics
Set up monitoring in Azure for security and events. Setup triggers on those events to create alerts for any potential problems
Other Power BI Administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications, Experience, Education

Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, or related Technology field, Engineering, Math, Accounting or Finance
Understand Azure Storage & S3 and how they support initiatives such as PowerBI and other products
Understanding of Power BI Pro, Embedded, and Premium, how they work, and how to setup the data connectors.
Understand Role based access controls in Azure, Power BI, and 36
Understand basic security principles and implement them in Azure for logging, ACL's, Roles, etc
A clear understanding of core Cloud Computing services is highly crucial for an Azure platformspecific job role. Needs to understand the basic functioning of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud.
Experience in using products such as PowerShell and Office 365 to support integration with Azure.

Expertise in any one of the programming languages. Basic knowledge in open-source frameworks such as ASP.NET and programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL Server, and HTML5 is
