About the Opportunity

Where you will make an impact

Entering contract attributes to DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) database by reading contracts and searching for the different data elements.
Creating purchase requisitions from approved ServiceNow order into SAP and communicate any discrepancies to Procurement Operations team.
Close purchase orders in SAP that have been finalized.
Assist with various supplier relationship management (SRM) activities, including but limited to issuing and following up on scorecards, reviewing risk reports and notifying procurement team of changes and maintaining database/tool.
Organizing, maintaining, and analyzing contracts, purchase orders and other relevant data.
Responsible for multiple procurement projects and analysis concurrently while managing additional daytoday requirements.

What you will bring

Previous Procurement/Sourcing/Supply Chain experience or equivalent academic credentials is a plus.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written), organizational skills, and analysis.
Wellrounded business/finance acumen and welldeveloped presence.
DocuSign CLM or other contract lifecycle management tools.
SAP or other ERP system experience.
