Overview:

Inside Sales Representative
The inside sales representative is responsible for managing inside sales for a variety of printed materials and digital product. This individual will execute strategic business remote plans that will increase telephonic sales according to company growth expectations. The inside sales representative will also cover the administrative process of both inside and outside sales. This position is designed to be carried out in person at our offices in Mexico City.


DETAILED DESCRIPTION:


  • Create a pipeline of ELT opportunities within the designated territories that allows him/her to achieve the annual budget assigned.
  • Create a database by calling teachers, coordinators, and key decision makers of ELT market institutions to generate sales opportunities, according to daily and weekly plans.
  • Maintain the monitoring and progress of opportunities in our CRM within the sales pipeline and the integrity of information assigned to accounts, institutions and customers.
  • Attain and surpass sales goals, with the proven ability to develop and build customer relationships to maintain and expand market penetration in a long distance role.
  • Generate in site strategies if necessary to close important opportunities, this means traveling is expected to visit customers on demand.
  • Carry out the administrative process of to help inside and outside ELT sales with sales materials, comps, inventory, shipments, and formats.
  • Create and execute marketing and strategic telephonic sales plans, with excellent organization and follow through.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Associate ́s Degree
  • Administration
  • English teacher in bilingual schools or language academiesInternational Sales


  • Licenses/Certificates/Designations

  • English teaching license or certificates

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, at least three years in telemarketing or inside sales, ideally 1 year in educational publishing or EdTech services (or significant experience in administration or in an
educational leadership role in ELT division).

  • Previous experience with budget assignment, pipeline management and sales presentations.
  • English language
  • A deep understanding of the use of technology in an educational instructional environment as it relates to educational infrastructures, such as platforms and curricula.
  • Microsoft software skills: Outlook and Power Point (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate).
  • Experience with CRM database.
  • Communication and negotiation skills, organizational

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • General Office (includes Remote work)
  • Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.

PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS:

  • Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time
