Grupo Polesa, Mexican company with more than 50 years in the market, being the leading supplier in the manufacture of poles and fittings for power transmission and distribution, lighting, telecommunications, signaling and public lighting.

To continue contributing to the transformation, we are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team, who will be in our offices in Zapopan.

Purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordinating and execute commercial proposals for international projects. Such as contractual terms negotiations and support for closing contracts with clients from US and Canada.

Requirements:

Industrial Engineer, International Relations, Foreign Trade or Engineering.

Bilingual (interview in English and TOEFL test will be conducted).

Advanced Excel (pivot tables)

Experience:

Indispensable 3 years as Project Manager.
Indispensable 3 years in quotations.
Familiar with dealing with foreign clients (USA, Canada).
Review of Contract Clauses preferably from USA and Canada.
Close negotiations

Nice to Have:

Reading and interpretation of blueprints.
Solidworks.
SAP knowledge.

High sense of responsibility.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Salary above market.
