As Business Intelligence Jr. Manager, you will be responsible for helping lead the Strategy agenda by enabling performance results based on market insights, continuous support to Operations team and orchestrate short
- and long-term Business Plan process.


What You'll
Do for Us

  • Drive detailed, quantitative analysis that helps to provide meaningful business insights and outsidein perspective to address our biggest business challenges.
  • Track performance of business indicators, market share, execution KPI's, and others, to identify granular opportunities and create actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Orchestrate short
- and long-term Strategic Planning process, key Projects/Workstreams and business Management routines.

  • Perform Competitive Intelligence analysis, understand Industry/Category trends and provide potential growth opportunities based on Industry dynamics.
  • Connect different data sources to deliver a holistic understanding of the market to answer business questions and drive strategic conversations.
  • Develop and maintain effective networking relationships with Franchise Operations, Finance, Commercial and Marketing functions.
  • Identify improvement areas to achieve annual targets and provide relevant factbased insights that helps improve performance while growing the business.

Scope:

  • Operating Region: Full accountability over the Mexico Business and across North Region.
  • Reporting to Sr. Manager Franchise Strategic Planning.
  • Crosscollaborate with all Business Intelligence and Business Tracking community across LATAM Operating Units.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Operations/Strategy/Business Planning related areas.
  • Data pulling, information automation and visualization through BI or Database management tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, Advanced Excel).
  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
  • Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.
  • Usage of factbased, strategic approach to identify the insights to boost the business.
  • Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to understand business and commercial concepts and the connectivity of each to business strategy and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively assess insights/opportunities for further growth.
  • Problem framing and problemsolving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
  • Systemic thinking: Experience with largescale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Broad Expertise In (Good _To_ Have):_

  • Organization and focus: prioritize through a pragmatic factbased approach, handling tradeoffs, balancing immediate and longterm priorities.
