Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the data related to Compensation, External Benchmark, Internal Equity, D&I Targets, Position Profile, Job Catalogue and other Compensation tools.
  • Performs Benchmarking projects, Compensation Survey and Data management.
  • Maintains, applies, updates and proposes Compensation and Benefits ́ policies for Mexico.
  • Drives people process as Performance Bonus, Merit and Salary adjustments, salary classes for Blue Collar.
  • Manages external vendors (Insurances, Broker, Pension Plan, etc)
  • Point of contact for Mobility (INM, Corporate Mobility and Expats)
  • Promotes an effective collaboration and a healthy internal balance on rewards topics in the organization.

This position focuses in keeping balance and in salary structures and benefits within organization.

It also creates, propose and monitor compliance with policies and procedures that strengthen the Organizational Culture and promote a healthy relationship between the Company and the workers.

As well as providing support and consulting on rewards and benefits employees and leaders in order to accomplish the LEGO strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree (professional career finished)
  • English Advanced
  • Assertive Communication (5 years)
  • Analysis capacity (5 years)
  • Position Evaluation (3 years)
  • Management office package (intermediate)
  • Excel (advanced)

Nice if you know:

  • IPE Methodology
  • Previous experience working with Workday
  • Previous experience with Payroll and/or IMSS
