EH&S Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and implement applicable corporate and legal standards regarding safety, hygiene environment and health.
  • Attend audits of government and corporate agencies
  • Lead investigations and root cause analysis related to work incidents, health, or environmental risks.
  • Plan and implement industrial hygiene monitoring in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordination of emergency brigades
  • Development of objectives and KPI's for the EHS area
  • Prepare and evaluate the annual program of activities.
  • Evaluate processes, jobs, devices, equipment, etc. with a preventive and ergonomic approach.
  • Advise departments on current regulations and legislation, to avoid accidents and occupational diseases.
  • Develop and participate in improvement projects and promote the values of the safety culture.
  • Interact with different government agencies, as well as all levels of the organization.
  • Follow up on corrective actions derived from investigations, inspections, or audits.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Medical Service, Industrial Safety, Hygiene and Environment
  • Conduct planned and unplanned audits of the entire company to identify potential risks.

Requirements:


  • Engineering or bachelor's degree in safety and Environment, Industrial, Administration and/or related
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Advanced English, Computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Develop communication networks.
  • Knowledge of STPS, SSA, IMSS regulations, ergonomics, Federal Labor Law, project development, station evaluation, state, and federal environmental regulations
  • Collaborate, effective communication, Drive engagement, Optimize Work Processes
