#About the role:


We're looking for a highly organised, approachable and detail-oriented Program Manager (Freelancer) for Mexico to join our Enterprise Team ensuring the successful execution of our bootcamps.

The role will require you to wear multiple hats and to work very closely with our students and corporate and public partners.


#Schedule
Full-time from 9:00 to 18:00 with 1h for lunch.


#About the gig

  • Managing operations of all bootcamps (fulltime & parttime).
  • Collecting and acting on course feedback to improve student satisfaction continuously
  • All courserelated operations & administrative tasks.
  • Planning, developing & executing events and noncurricular activities to empower our students & strengthen our student/alumni community.
  • Building partnerships with companies in the tech ecosystem.
  • Onboarding students and collecting all relevant student information.
  • Assisting in hiring and training instructors and TAs.
  • Working with the global team to improve product and ensure transfer of best practices.
  • Build precise and organised internal reports for following up project performances.

#Requirements and qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You already have previous experience in clientfacing roles, business development or at startups.
  • Extremely organised you prioritise tasks and take an analytical approach to solving any kind of problem.
  • You're able to problemsolve independently, but also ask questions when needed and take notes to learn as you go.
  • You enjoy having tons of autonomy. We like proactive people, we will value your ideas and leave you place and time to execute them.
  • The moment you get out of bed, you're getting stuff done, 100% cando attitude.
  • You are excited to work in a startup environment. You will wear multiple hats and are always asking what else you can do to help. You will work very closely with our students, our global team, and with members of the Tech ecosystem.
  • You have good communication and public speaking skills. You love dealing with people every day and will go above and beyond to delight our students.
  • You also have a strong flexibility and you adapt your speech according to the public you interact with (students, teaching team, companies, global team members).
  • Enjoy community building and love connecting people and innovating.
