What You Will Do

  • 5's in Work Station Management of standard instruments and reference equipment. Temperature revision (Daily Monitoring). Verification of pending dimensions Critical Tool Dimension. | Dimensional Finish Goods Take evidence of the holding method of the parts to be measured Support all metrology activities related to PPAP, new launches & production. Perform internal calibration according to established procedures. Continuous improvement and training to develop a robust entity in the metrology pad. Any other job activities assigned by the supervisor. Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs
What You Need

  • Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Teamwork & Respect, Excellence.
  • Knowledge of measurement devices and test equipment.
  • Coordinate measuring machine (CMM WENZEL Programmable)
  • Optical Comparator (PH3500 MITUTOYO)
  • Reading and interpretation of plans
  • Knowledge of Calibrator, Micrometers, Height indicator, Analytical Balances, Thermometers, UV Radiometers, Hardness Tester (ROCK WELL), Pull & Push tester (LLOYD) Multimeter and gages
  • Knowledge Geometric and Dimensional Tolerances GD & T (Universal Language)
  • Knowledge of Analysis to measurement systems MSA
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office, Power point, Word, Excel.
  • Standard knowledge ISO / IEC 17025ss
  • Knowledge of MSA. | High School or Technical Degree. | 30% English.
