In this role, you will be responsible to co-ordinate with senior client stakeholders and various internal work streams. You will a single point of contact for governance and reporting activities. Additionally, you will also track and report key performance indicators to the senior client stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Use client SOPs to compile Information Security metrics leveraging inscope data sources
  • Identify areas of open/overdue risks and feed to client stakeholders for followups
  • Ability to design and assess client's processes and recommend improvements
  • Share status reports with client stakeholders highlighting critical findings, priority activities, and total changes in various compliance workstreams
  • Support new/changed performance metrics requirements and adhoc reporting requests
  • Assist in interpreting the summarized risks and recommended action plans
  • Maintain strong client strong relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Play a key role in mentoring, training, and advising new team members
  • Maintain client's KRI/KPI's

Qualifications we seek in you

  • Required experience in internal and/or external audit, process reengineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Large Corporate.

Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant experience either in IT or business process audits
  • Experience with tools such as PowerBI, GitHub, pgAdmin, Python, AuditBoard, SAP GRC etc.
  • Must have confirmed experience in handling significant projects
  • Able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities
  • Position requires the ability to work efficient with all levels of staff and balance confidential information discretely and authoritatively
  • Able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity
  • Knowledge of business processes and the controls that operate within them
  • Experience in evaluating complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control environment
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals
  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ciudad Juárez, Chih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
