Position Overview

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and verification
Lead and manage small to medium sized projects end to end, ensuring alignment and readiness across all key stakeholder groups
Clearly and regularly communicate project status, expectations, and risks
Develop rapid business cases to support project prioritization
Facilitate process discovery and optimization workshops
Document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of end user documents, training materials, and user demos.
Provide direct D365 production support as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience creating business and functional requirement documentation
Minimum of 3 years experience in D365 implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
Demonstrated project leadership
Experience working in matrix and agile environment
Excellent interviewing, listening, observational, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams across the organization
Previous experience working with finance and accounting strongly preferred
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 strongly preferred
Experience with Blackline is a plus
