IT Architecture Coordinator

Job Summary:


Our company is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to join our team and lead the Systems, Architecture, and Integrations department.

They should also have an excellent understanding of information systems, enterprise architecture, and system integrations.

Direct Report to the IT Sr Manager


Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the Systems, Architecture, and Integrations team, providing guidance, coaching, and development to team members.

Plan, implement, and manage IT projects related to information systems, enterprise architecture, and system integrations.

Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our information systems and processes.


Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement technology solutions that will improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.


Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and solutions are provided to the company.

Manage the IT budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within the approved budget.

Provide regular reports to senior management on IT performance, issues, and opportunities.

Responsible to define, drive and mantain local Archtecture ecossystems, on track, updated, documented, and mature from a Security perspective.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


8+ years of experience in Technology and systems management, with a focus on information systems, enterprise architecture, and system integrations.


Proven experience in leading IT teams, developing and implementing IT projects, as well as overseeing the implementation of IT systems and solutions, in partnership with LATAM and Global.

Excellent knowledge of business processes, information systems, and information technologies.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Mandatory fluence of English/Spanish lanaguages

Proven Experience on Salesforce SFCC, MKTCLOUD, Integration solutions as APIGEE, CLOUD, Network and security.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in budget management and cost control.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Previous Experience with SAP ECC/HANNA, Control+M and POS Systems and platform is a plus.
