Accountabilities:


  • Execute purchase request using SAP, Ariba, Oracle, MyBuy Purchasing systems and processes
  • Create capital and other goods and services (OG&S) purchase orders and receive invoices for capital projects
  • Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders
  • Maintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agents.
  • Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies.
  • Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the SAP, Oracle and Ariba purchasing systems.
  • Provide training to new managers on purchasing policies and procedures, as needed.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in English required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field preferred
  • Procurement process knowledge and 01 years of relevant experience required
  • Capital project, construction, accounting, or purchasing experience helpful
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Purchasing systems knowledge (Oracle, Ariba, SAP) helpful
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid computer skills with Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
