We are an international software-as-a-service provider looking for a new addition to our
Operations Manager in our office in Guadalajara, Mexico.


The resource will be in charge of office maintenance in both countries (Canada and Mexico), including agreements, inventory, shipments and procurement, they will also help with product issues (order and track device release to market), helping to solve operational issues "between" the departments and offices.

Job Responsibilities _

  • All basic operational needs related to company requests
  • Update and maintain job and process knowledge (Process Wiki)
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Forecast requirements; prepare an annual inventory; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Develop processes for shipping and receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
  • Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors
  • Track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels
  • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Perform inventory management, analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data, and reduce subrental expenses

Requirements and skills_

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager (13 Years) or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills (English/Spanish Speaking)
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field
