Bilingual Phone Agent (Russian/English).

If you are Russian, you must have Work permission and Permanent Residence in México.

On-site if you live in Puerto Vallarta or Guadalajara

Off-site if you live outside these cities

Role Description
This is a full-time role for an
Bilingual Russian-English position. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling client intake, and obtaining necessary client information. You will also be responsible for developing positive relationships with clients and supporting them.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle client intake.
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working in an administrative or customer service role
Fluency in English, at least C1 English Level
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant or Intake/Sales field will be a plus.

Some of your activities:

Support the Attorney's administrative needs.
Document management
Scheduling and confirming appointments for Clients
US Lawyers.
Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents.
Provide updates to customers.
Data tracking

What we Offer:

Base Salary starting on
19,000.00 for the First month, with an automatic increase to 20,000.00 on the Second month.
