    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Providing hands-on support to teams using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This individual should embody Scrum and Agile principles and advocate Agile values across the organization, alongside other Scrum Masters.
    • Creating a trusting and secure environment to enhance transparency and inspection, focusing on team enhancement, communication, and issue resolution.
    • Assisting and instructing the Product Owner, particularly regarding grooming and managing the product backlog.
    • Evaluating the Scrum Maturity of teams and the organization, guiding members towards higher maturity levels to optimize their efficiency and influence.
    • Directing and Coaching the Scrum Team on self-organization to address the intentional gaps in the Agile/Scrum frameworks thoughtfully, considering when and why divergence from certain elements may be beneficial to enhance overall sustainable productivity and effectiveness.
    • Taking necessary actions to ensure the team consistently delivers value by removing any obstacles and collaborating with other Scrum teams on interdependencies.
    • Utilizing empirical methods to examine team performance and offer transparency, driving growth.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in cross-functional agile teams delivering complex products in dynamic environments in a scrum master or leadership capacity.
    • Familiarity with various patterns and methods for enhancing team maturity within the Scrum framework (e.g., diverse Burndown techniques, multiple Retrospective formats, bug handling, etc).
    • Demonstrated history of guiding teams to product shipment in a scrum master role.
    • Background in technical leadership is highly advantageous.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, adept at collaborating with individuals from varied backgrounds, skilled in managing both upwards and downwards, proficient in conflict resolution.
    • Proactive and resilient, setting the example with a positive demeanor to navigate challenging situations.
