Role:

We are seeking a creative and passionate designer to join our team. You will work with our product, engineering and operations teams to create exceptional, user-friendly experiences.

You'll work on a cutting-edge product that enables our members to access their health data in real-time, and you'll be challenged to make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Understanding: Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize both member impact and company benefits.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through the design process, ensuring the successful implementation of new features and functionalities across multiple platforms.

Solution Presentation: Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience; effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

Research and Integration: Support user experience research, share findings, and integrate insights into product development to continually refine user interactions.

Design System Management: Work within, expand, and maintain a comprehensive and efficient design system, ensuring consistency and quality in design outputs.

Qualifications/Skills:

Proven Experience: At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience.

Design Mastery: Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography.

Portfolio: Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects.

Critical Thinking: Willingness to challenge assumptions and commit to ongoing professional development.
