Introduction

IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change.

We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Working with project teams to advise clients on enterprisewide data integrations
Creating ways to better assess analytics, better supporting business decision making
Work as a team member with client personnel and other IBM teams to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with or in some instances leading others in the identification, justification, and design of the client's solution.
Gain knowledge across multiple platforms, processes, or architectures

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experiência previa como ServiceNow development/ Business Analyst

Experience and ability to design, develop and deliver solutions to complex business problems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM is a plus.
