Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life:

Use your knowledge of electrical engineering discipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers.

You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of electrical products by designing, testing and/or validating products/ processes from prototype to market.

You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Management of sustaining portfolio
  • Collaborate with engineering teams
  • Perform specification review
  • Exchange task level information
  • Communicate noncompliance incidents
  • Prepare or update reports and documentation
  • Use computerassisted equipment
  • Execute project tasks
  • Identify areas for technical improvement

YOU MUST HAVE:


  • Printed circuit board design experience Altium Designer
  • Experience with creating PCB fabrication packages including assembly/fab drawings, gerber artwork, drill files, test files, etc.
  • Experience with microcontroller based designs including circuit design for DC-DC converters, A/D converters, GigE, SPI, I2C, SDRAM, EEPROM, DC brushed motor drive, FPGA and board to board connection methods.
  • Circuit simulation experience
  • Experience with creating verification and validation plans/procedures/reports.

WE VALUE:


  • Experience with enclosuretoenclosure cable designs as well as board to board cable designs. (HAZLoc experience preferred
  • Experience with small electrical panel design using integrated 3rd party components.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with little supervision, by consistently taking the initiative to get things done
  • Capability to update or modify working methods in your role by following defined procedures
  • Interest and skill to collaborate with engineering functional teams
  • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity
  • Dexterity to evaluate and recommend technical solutions based on standard or accepted technical practices
  • 25 years of experience in the field or in a related area
