Position Summary
On Premise Specialist is the On premise face of the brand in the market.

A recognized leader in execution and interaction with wholesalers, customers, and consumers by embodying Edrington's commercial excellence principles and luxury behaviours.

The On Premise specialist is also a dedicated, passionate, brand champion, embodying the essence of the Edrington portfolio, with the goal to help make our brands the recognized global leader in their respective categories.

This On Premise specialist will be spearheading building brand awareness and relevancy in the market through their trade and consumer engagement.

Accountable for market execution of brand education platforms and brand sponsored events, building trade relationships, building a network of influencers, as well as partnership networks with northwest based lifestyle brands.

This position is for a self-starter, someone who is highly driven to succeed, and enjoys going the extra mile to achieve results.

Job Description


The Market lead - On Premise is the commercial face of the brand and responsible for the delivery of both the commercial and brand objectives for their market, and the execution of our brands' activation plans in top accounts.

Commercial (On Premise and DTC)

  • The On Premise specialist will spend approximately 50% assisting in managing and engaging with our targeted Key account customers and consumers, 30% focused on DTC (Recruiting only) and 20% focused on Advocacy of our full portfolio.
  • The OPS should spend most of their time in the field, managing the call cycle and maintaining an updated account visit calendar, with focus on key accounts in the account segmentation mapping.
  • Covers all target accounts within his/her market establishing rich commercial relationships and representing the brand.
  • Work in partnership with local commercial (Market Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Director) teams to assist in the development of target accounts to deliver the vehicles (education, menus, distribution, flights, bar styling /POS and activation activities) and platforms that drive business, enhancing brand visibility and traction.
  • Align focus with local program calendars and/or distributor network focus periods to optimize investment and time management.
  • Analyse effectiveness of programming, and activities through reporting and impact capability management and ensure the continued advancement of quality initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with local On-Premise key accounts and implement brand platforms for this channel (bring brands to life) aligned with local and global Brand team.
  • Focus on recruitment strategy for Direct to consume platform aligned with PCRM manager.
  • Attend regular distributor General Sales Meetings, QBR's and team meetings where possible.
  • Conduct visits as needed.
Brand (Advocacy - Portfolio Education)

  • Be the brand owner. Act as our inmarket local face of the brand to the trade, key collector accounts, and local consumers.
  • Work with the local commercial Market Manager and Brand Marketing to implement a range of trade and consumer marketing activities consistent with brand strategy within the local market.
  • Scout and develop target accounts based on HNWI neighbourhood data, premium/luxury accounts.
  • Accelerate the growth of our portfolio through excellence in delivering exceptional visibility, distribution, and display where permitted and within brand guidelines.
  • Recruit new consumers to the brand: Seek opportunities to sample, educate, entertain, expose and partner with collector accounts and local influencers.
  • Build influencer networks to include collectors and professional groups and connect these to the Brand Specialists / Ambassador for them to build relationships with the brand.
Budgeting and Reporting

  • Maintain an updated and accurate Top Account distribution tracker that is referred to regularly and used as a planning tool
