Retail Development Jr Executive. Develop sell out activation programs across Kellogg's categories within Food Service customers. Also, you will lead In store activation effectiveness - From planning to post analysis. Furthermore, you will manage customer marketing budget according to Kellogg's policies and processes

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
-
Accelerate company ́s category sell out in Food Service channel, based on execution excellence
-
Establish new strategic alliances nationwide and elevate brand equity experiences in relevant consumption moments
-
Identify in store execution drivers based on clear data analysis, making on time decisions and corrections
-
Work closely with customers to define account specific strategies and programs to support achievement of volume and sales growth targets

Leads planning, from in store media buying to national distribution. Also,In Store Kellogg's Brand building budget accountability

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

University degree in Business Management, Marketing or related
2 years of business experience either in sales
Demonstrated strong organizational, planning and implementation skills
Related experience at Data Analysis or Marketing
English capable of maintaining business conversations and build presentations
Strong communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
