Your responsibilities

Develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement. Develops policies, procedures, and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality and improve same.
Collaborates with suppliers to assure the quality of their products, materials, components and/or operations | Monitors supplier performance and supports efforts to develop and implement changes to improve the production process | Follows up with suppliers on quality deviations and ensures that solutions are identified and implemented
Release of electrical and electromechanical parts for serial production
Ensure supplier Continues Improvement
PPAP Submission for Electronic & Electromechanical Parts (Wiring harness, DC Fans, Electric Heaters, Dampers, Electronic Boards, Temperature sensors & Compressors) for serial production
Definition of incoming inspection test
Decision making about part usage in case of deviations
Complain handling and Problem solving (8Ds, A3, etc ) to identify issues, implement containment & corrective actions focus on prevention
Supplier auditing and action tracking

Qualifications:

University degree in Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or similar
Sense of Urgency & Methodology Mindset
SAP proficiency
Independently and target oriented working
Comprehensive quality knowledge (methods, tools, processes)
Intercultural empathy and excellent communication and moderation skills in dealing with various stakeholders; English and Spanish fluent
