As a Maintenance Manager you will lead your assigned team and you will be responsible of planning, developing and controlling financial and human resources in order to maintain the equipment & facilities in optimal conditions to meet the manufacturing objectives.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
-
Ensure continuity - of the plant and the compliance with food safety and safety standards in our equipment and facility. Guarantee the volume according of the production plan.

Budget control - for maintenance and delivery savings, ensure optimal cost for energy and water used in Plant.

Develop our people - Ensure correct planning and execution of capital projects thru leading Engineering Team, drive diversity and inclusion, develops talent, and drives engagement.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 6 year experience in operations experience, manufacturing and maintenance with proven leadership experience
Fluent Spanish and English
People oriented, effective team management
