About the Role
Mexico's Driver team focuses on building and strengthening the relationship with our Earners and their experience with our platform.

Our purpose is to help bring Drivers onto our platform, be their guide throughout their journey, and advocate for their needs.

This team is one-of-a-kind, working extremely collaboratively across internal teams to grow our Driver base in Mexico.


What You'll Do

  • Business Sense: Continuously monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational metrics to improve execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop a strong understanding of the path our Drivers go through during their onboarding and be able to help problemsolve complex problems during their critical moments. Advocate for their needs.
  • Product Improvement: Identify opportunities within our onboarding, compliance and document tools for improvements or new features, measure their impact, and help to implement them.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate and regional team and crossfunctional stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • Education: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a combination of the following: operations, business analytics, project management, finance, business intelligence, strategy, or similar
  • Data-

Driven Mentality:
Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Ability to use Excel and high proficiency SQL.

  • Communication: Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team
  • Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build shortterm plans and timelines for executing them
