    Descripción

    Job Location: Escobedo, Nuevo León

    Objetivo:

    Administrar y coordinar la planeación estratégica del Mantenimiento Predictivo, Preventivo y Correctivo del área bajo responsabilidad, así como los recursos necesarios para su ejecución (Tiempo de Línea, Materiales, Refacciones, Servicios y Personal) asegurando el cumplimiento de dicho programa, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Calidad, Inocuidad y Productividad que propone el Negocio.

    Cumplir con los estándares de las BPM's para asegurar la Inocuidad y Calidad de nuestros productos.

    Conocer, cumplir y mantener los requerimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente aplicables a su puesto.

    Responsabilidades:

    50%
    • Asegura que el 100% de los equipos operativos en piso, estén en SAP con un plan de mantenimiento


    • Es responsable de Programar Planes de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Predictivo, en base al programa anual de Mantenimiento, coordinando en conjunto con el Reliability Leader la asignación de ordenes de trabajo.


    • Asegura que el 100% de los equipos corran sus planes en el rol establecido


    • Asegura el seguimiento a Ordenes preventivas no realizadas, deberá reasignar dichas ordenes en conjunto con el Reliability leader hasta asegurar su cierre.


    • Prioriza ejecuciones en base a los criterios de criticidad, disponibilidad y costo en conjunto con el RL


    • Es responsable de agregar los planes correspondientes de equipo nuevo (proyectos) en conjunto con el RL


    • Es responsable de entregar junto con la orden de trabajo (preventivo o planeado) la lista de materiales requeridos para la ejecución verificando previamente su existencia en almacén. Si las piezas no están en almacén debe revisar con RL si aplica la compra o se realiza después de inspección.

    • Asegura la programación de Mantenimiento Correctivo Planeado (Notificaciones) realizar junta semanal con Reliability leader para validar y/o analizar si dichas notificaciones son viables y así priorizar su programación, asegurando los materiales requeridos para la realización de notificaciones de Mantenimiento y/o Tarjetas TPM.


    • Es responsable de responder las auditorias corporativas relativas a métricos de cumplimiento, cierres y seguimiento


    • Es responsable de asegurar que los equipos involucrados en los requerimientos de las auditorias de certificación como SQF y FDA se ejecuten sus PM03 acorde a plan, sin desviaciones.


    • Es responsable de auditar/ revisar el 100% de los cierres de los PM para dar seguimiento a los comentarios de los técnicos, si en algún caso requiere algun seguimiento con áreas de soporte, (compras técnicas, analista de almacen de refacciones) en conjunto con ellos da el seguimiento hasta finiquitar el punto.

    • Actualizar la Estructura de Equipos en SAP, así como los BOMs de las refacciones ligadas a los equipos.


    • Actualización/Modificación de hojas de ruta con soporte de RL, para asegurar la mejora continua de los Pm ́s.

    • Generar y mantener actualizados los KPI ́s y KAI ́s del área bajo responsabilidad


    • Entrega a RL un reporte semanal de los pendientes abiertos de cierres de PM0 1,2,3.

    Habilidades:

    -SAP

    -Planeación de Mantenimiento

    -Ingles intermedio deseable

    Educación:

    -Ingeniero Mecánico Administrador, Industrial o afin

    Experiencia:

    -5 años en mtto, 1 a 2 años en planeación o adm de mtto.

    -Mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo. Análisis de equipos. Transportadores, envolvedoras, túneles de enfriamiento, depositadores.
