Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build efficient, scalable, and reusable backend systems and APIs.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the security, scalability, and performance of the serverside infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to coding standards.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on Python and development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and , with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.
  • Experience with serverside frameworks such as Django (Python) and ).
  • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and database optimization techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
