Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges:
Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers. You will provide professional coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You will build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will help develop Technical Support processes. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication. You will address systemic coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for setup, automation, and optimization of reports utilized for trending and operational KPIs
Coordinates database customizations for new customers and projects
Coordinates new customer system implementations, data entry, asset records, and setup of all associated areas including preventative maintenance scheduling and setup of inventory stockrooms
Up to 30% travel may be necessary (Latam)

YOU MUST HAVE:

Two or more years of experience working with a CMMS
Ability to communicate in a professional, courteous and effective manner
Associate degree or greater

WE VALUE:

Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel/Access/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio
Reliability Engineering experience
Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot engineering related matters in a fastpaced environment
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, vendors and staff
Advance ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and selfdiscipline
Familiar with SQL and Oracle EB
