Play your part in our team success:

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering necessary data from production forecast and available capacity to facilitate and support our S&OP process.


This role has a deep compromise to support the operations area with a sense of urge, safety, and quality to bring the most possible children into play, always with a great attitude as a customer service area we also need to be responsible and focused to deliver on time new installations, so we can keep growing and take part in the LEGO story.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to provide Capacity Review figures needed for long term decisions.
  • Support of Labor Management database tool (Master Labor) with the responsibility to maintain and update all critical information required to manage packing labor.
  • Support preparation of production reports to support leaders and make the right decisions.
  • Collaborates and creates good links with other departments
  • Design new reporting solutions.

Do you have what it takes?:

  • At least 3 years in Manufacturing environment.
  • High level of Knowledge in Systems and data analysis tools.
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
  • Production control and planning, capacity management
  • Advanced communication skills (English / Spanish)
