We are seeking an experienced Group HR Head for Africa** on behalf of our client, a leading organization with diverse business interests encompassing Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction and Trading sectors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR systems for performance appraisal, incentivization, learning & development, and recruitment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 1012 HR Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Oversee HR matters for a significant expatriate workforce comprising 8000 to 10000 employees across different industries.
  • Drive HR strategy in line with the group's objectives.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunity within the HR function.
  • Must have experience managing a diverse group with activities in Manufacturing, Retail, and Trading.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of 1012 HR Managers.
  • Extensive background in Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, Retail, and Trading.
  • Mandatory experience working in an African business environment.
  • Familiarity with HR management for large expatriate workforces.
