Customer Support Specialist / General Admin

American Trade Company is looking for a talented asset to fill the position of CSR/General Admin.

This position will require the below:
1) Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English

2) Ability to understand and convert imperial vs metric weights and measures.

3) General understanding of data entry.

4) High level of organization and project management skills.

5) Comfortable in Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams

6) Ability to travel to CDMX as needed.

7) Ability to travel to the USA if needed. 1-2 times per year estimate

8) Positive attitude

9) Confidence and the ability to make a decision, is a must

10) General understanding of manufacturing prints is a plus.
