Purpose of the Job:
Education Level & Work Experience
Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent experience
4 years of experience managing online paid media budgets and developing digital strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team that implements and optimizes Paid App Campaigns in Clip.
- Help drive small changes that have a big impact over time.
- Develop and supervise A/B tests where more impact can be obtained: copies, images, segmentation, remarketing lists, website, bids, campaign structures, landing pages, etc.
- Supervise daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports doing deep dives that helps identify areas of opportunity.
- Participate and, if needed, coordinate communication efforts between online, content and growth teams.
- Create strategies in different digital media to generate the target lead volume.
- Improve the quality of leads to try to improve the current conversion rates.
- Help to map and implement funnel events to improve conversion
Technical knowledge:
- Google App campaigns advanced
- Facebook App Campaigns advanced
- Tiktok App Campaigns intermediate
- Attribution Platforms
(Appsflyer, Adjust, etc) advanced. - Google Analytics or other web attribution intermediate
- Deep knowing of structures, algorithms, and segmentation strategies.
- Analytical thinking and excel advanced.
