To support and guide teams to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring the consistent achievement of all operational KPI's across the departments (Product/ Customer care/ Fraud and risk/ Tech Support/ Onboarding/ Finance/ Legal & Compliance)

Job duties and Responsibilities:

Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing daytoday contact on project status and changes. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Report project risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

PMP certified
or Lean Six Sigma (green belt(market standard)) or above) is required.
5+ years of project management and related experience
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE
English B2 or higher
Experience in payments industry or fintech environment in Product department is a must.
