YOUR ROLE


Diagnostics and Safety CoE Engineer will have the opportunity to work with Diagnostic and Safety calibrators and technical specialists to create, develop and sustain the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Schedule and lead CoE meetings, publishes meeting agendas and minutes and track CoE studies and special tasks. Tracks CoE related issues, reviews status, and encourages Members to work toward closing them.


Gives assignments to CoE members (request special data, request use/feedback of new software/process/tools, etc), tool development in support of calibration activities, and improve calibration processes & support warranty improvement actions.


  • Calibration data summary.
  • Management of calibration variations for different variants.
  • Update CRETA tool for project calibration history and tracking. Preparation of documents related to the delivery of the calibration.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors in mechanical or electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in Diagnostics / emissions calibration or controls or experience with or experience with hardware or validation of electrified propulsion systems.
  • Knowledge of INCA, Matlab and Simulink/Stateflow.
  • Experience leading meetings or groups/teams with a leadership aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.
  • Selfmotivated/proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
