Overview


The Mastercard Transaction Services (MTS) Compliance team is looking for a Manager Compliance Technology to manage our compliance tools and technology governance, strategy and enhancement framework.

This role will also lead vendor relationship management, ensure continuous system testing and tuning and support on the transformation roadmap of the Compliance Shared Services technology enablement.


The Manager position combines strong understanding of Customer Due diligence, transaction monitoring, watchlist screening controls and technologies and has the ability to develop and manage project plans and coordinates the implementation of major production changes and milestones.

The position will also identify process efficiency and the project delivery lifecycle experience alongside knowledge of payments products, digital currency, Regulatory and Compliance laws and methodologies.

This position will have a direct reporting into the Compliance Shared Services Lead.

Role


In this position, you will:

  • Develop, implement and maintain the compliance technology governance and strategy program
  • Maintain the Compliance Technology Vendor's Management process including onboarding and offboarding processes and continuous vendor evaluation
  • Support the Compliance Technology enhancement projects, to leverage tools available within the organization or newly acquired tools
  • Support the implementation plans of CDD, AML and Sanctions technologies and automated processes
  • Maintain an inventory of all compliance systems and subscriptions and related payments
  • Manage the schedule and execution of systems and rules performance assessment, testing and tunning
  • Support on various projects related to the compliance Shared Services Hub
  • Develop and manage project plans and coordinates the implementation of major production changes and milestones
  • Support the management of the shared services intake requests, engagements and integrations planning
  • Support the optimization and automation of business processes to achieve more efficient results including establishing standard processes and best practices
All About You

  • University degree in related field
  • Background in regulated payments and financial services, especially, Cross border payments, Crypto payments, or other regulated payment flows.
  • Solid understanding of compliance tools, technologies and controls
  • Previous experience in managing compliance technology improvement projects
  • Advanced understanding and usage of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills for documentation, drafting reports and presentations
  • Selfmotivated with a proven track record of delivering success while working within a team environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with and influence colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Capable of process identification and mapping
  • Digitally aware and experienced with process improvement, automation of manual processes and use of technology to generate efficiencies and scalable outcomes
  • Highly competent in use of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Corporate Security Responsibility
