We are looking for a Travel & Expenses Analyst Jr (Qro, Mx)

Mission:


The Travel & Expense Jr Analyst seeks the best performance of Travel & Expense area by providing support in all transactional activities related to Corp.

Credit Cards, I-Expense, Internal Control, etc. for our Corporate.


Key Expected Achievements:

  • Manage the Corporate Credit Card Programs operational duties and reports.
  • Create, manage I-Expense Aged Charges notifications and pull reports.
  • Process monthly expense report extract for Oversight processing.
  • Administrate IGA Payables requests.
  • Facilitate and document Banking Updates/Set ups.
  • Support in Travel & Expense Internal Controls and Indicators.
  • Develop continuous improvement mindset through follow up of MW methodology.

Required Qualifications:

  • No experience required. Knowledge in Accounts Payable, Travel & Expenses or Purchasing.
  • Advanced English
