    :85% level English as minimum1 year of sales experienceIntermediate computer skillsOutbound/Inbound support experience desirableDocumentation and Record-keeping habitsSelf-motivatedSpecific Duties and Responsibilities
    :Initiate outbound calls to customers to confirm and assess their current debt situationClearly and persuasively explain our debt settlement/enrollment programs.

    Provide comprehensive information about the benefits of our services and how they can help customers save money and close their debts faster.

    Handle incoming calls from customers seeking assistancewith their debt-related queries.
    Address customer concerns, provide information about our services, and guide them through the enrollment process.
    Effectively manage a relatively lower volume of inbound calls compared to outbound efforts.
    Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes and relevant information.
    Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and handled with utmost integrity.
    Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
