Your role at Clorox:
The P2P Operations Analyst provides process and data analysis for P2P procurement related issues.

As the final tier of support, the P2P Operations Analyst must operate work collaborately with internal and external stakeholders - Transportation, Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Copack Manufacturing, Tax, GTC, Vendors, Plants, Product Data Planners (Material coordinators), DXC BPO.

The P2P Ops analyst evaluates trending issues and develops corrective actions, process improvements, and initiates projects to remove barriers to process.


Has a key role in stewarding Clorox data, financial assets, and driving business results in procurement, product supply and accounts payables while ensuring adherence to compliance controls.


In this role, you will:
Process and Data Analysis

  • Promotes timely and accurate payment of vendors by performing detailed issue analysis and resolution. Performs data / information analysis. Identifies and evaluates process/data gap. Drives problem resolution leveraging internal and external stakeholder support.
  • Must accurately evaluate business/financial impact, clearly communicate and successfully influence stakeholders in other business groups to prioritize work that directly impacts procurement and payable issues and metrics.
Drive Base Business requirements

  • Provides regular and ongoing direction to 3rd party P2P team regarding issue resolultion and process execution.
  • Reviews DXC BPO metrics to identify performance trends, and recommend action as required. Analyst leads weekly BPO metrics and process meetings.
  • Works with Global Strategic Sourcing Team to ensure supplier onboarding is timely, accurate, and complies with controls via communication to vendors and stakeholders.
  • Expedites material orders, workflows, and bill of material set ups to meet deadlines for production orders.
  • Ops Analyst ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes are current and accurate.

Process improvement /Change Management:
The P2P Ops Analyst

  • Identifies, develops, communicates and drives support for policy, process and procedure changes
  • Leads cross functional tactical meetings on monthly basis to drive change and process improvements spanning cross departmental P2P processes.
  • Provides onboarding and training for new members of internal & cross functional partners
  • P2P, GSS, Copack, and PDP.
  • Provides SME expertise on P2P and PSO projects, Agile and other case study intiatives.
Ensures internal compliance.

  • Determines if suppliers and buyers comply with Clorox controls and requirements for supplier onboarding
  • Evaluates critical vendor information by verifying correct information is provided.
  • Advises Buyers, PDPs, and SCLs on material setup (i.e. subcontracting, VM, etc.) and helps scope new item set ups and vendor maintenance as a part of "base business" requirements.
  • Solves for performance & compliance errors / process errors occurring within DXC BPO. Creates documentation such as SOPs, Job Aids to prevent recurrence. Provides communication/training to affected groups.
  • Ensures material supply to manufacturing, by proactively extending vendor outline agreements through buyers, PDPs, and P2P Proc Spec team.

What we look for:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Procurement OR Accounting
  • English: Proficient
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Project Management experience desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and crossfunctional activities. Solid collaborative skills to influence cross functional partners to prioritize and implement process changes/improvements
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Access and Excel, SAP, PLM
  • Strong Procurement knowledge working knowledge of Vendor supply process as it relates to payables
  • Strong working knowledge of the material set up process including cross functional responsibilities/ownership
  • Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently with mínimal direction and in an unstructured environment.
  • Proactively recognizes and initiates improvements.
  • Planning and organization skills; ability to establish work plans, "multitask", and prioritize simultaneous projects
  • Thorough and detail oriented
