Your Responsibilities
- Receiving and controlling shipping documents
- Coordination of customs clearance through external customs brokers
- Tracking shipments with involved parties
- Managing data input in operational system ABS
- Communication with customers
- Filling out export documentation
- Calculation of results within operational system
- File archive

Your Profile
- University education in logistics, transport or commerce
- Intermediate level English language
- Required experience 3 years minimum in FFWD or Customs Agency, in expo sea freight operations
Skills:
- Key communication skills to ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate with different cultures and departments
- Must be able to work to targets and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Keen eye for detail
