Responsibilities

Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making to positively impact/solve medium risks/issues. Effectively communicate impact, cost and benefits of new and changed demands.
Work with colleagues across the E3S and IT, (e.g., Business Partners, architects and engineers) within the function and IT to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements and clearly understood and can be delivered.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies (ie: process or technology) in E3S that result in time and/or cost savings. Summarize and present information to key stakeholders (e.g., CLCO Leadership Team).
Create test cases per new functionality built for E3S technical solutions
Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
Executing tests on software usability.
Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
Interacting with clients to understand product requirement

Skills and experience

Essential

Solid communication and demonstrated problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
Experience of working with both internal and external colleagues in a global organizations set within complex/geographical locations.
Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.
Ability to communicate and explain your tests and results to the technical and nontechnical people.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and their tech stack.
Lateral thinking.
Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.
Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.
High school diploma or higher education qualification.
