Responsibilities:


  • Develops training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies designed for classroom, selfdirected and webbased delivery mediums; integrating adult learning theory and creativity into all design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience.
  • Determines and develops appropriate training solutions for assigned projects, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience.
  • Creates measurement strategy for client solutions to include the overall assessment approach.
  • Designs and develops of data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.
  • Is responsible for all other duties assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 58 years of experience in instructional design experience
  • Experience in the banking, mortgage, and/or financial services industry
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Selfmotivated and detail oriented

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 35 years of experience in instructional desing
- +2 years of experience managing people

  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Able to work under preasure and deal with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written skills: both writing & spelling
  • Synthesis capacity
  • Demonstrable graphic design knowledge and skills
  • Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Lectora, Questionmark, Brainshark
  • Well organized
  • English: intermediate to advanced (necessary)
