WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in Santa Fe office, you will supervise Customer Service, Pricing and Product Creation staff in our Santa Fe, Mexico office to ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders timely and coordinating with other functions as required.

  • Your fit in the organization will reports to Gates Customer Service Manager in Denver, Colorado, USA

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Escalation point for expediting production as needed to meet customer requested delivery dates.
  • Drive alignment of business/organizational goals to the associate level.
  • Promote effective and innovative problem solving and decision making.
  • Motivate people & effectively build solid relationships with customers.
  • Diffuse tension and act as escalation point for customer related issues

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
  • BS/BA Degree required
  • Strong attention to detail; must be able to work in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with other teams and seniorlevel executives.
  • 57 years' experience in customer service preferably with a multinational company
