Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Production Supervisor role involves the manage a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery and time for the correct execution of production plans. Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area.
What a typical day looks like:
Monitoring the daily production plan.
Manage and develop staff
Endtoend process manager.
Bottleneck analysis
Compliance hour by hour.
Filling and presentation of reports hour by hour.
Write and report line status in real time.
Escalations in effective time.
Closing of work orders.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Experience in High and Low Volume, high mixes.
Knowledge in SMT, PTH and Backend.
Experience in electronic manufacturing.
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
Schedule availability.
Personnel management.
Knowledge of production control systems (Series, flows, traceability, monitoring, focus).
Knowledge in excel.
English is a plus.
