Key Responsibilities:_

Integration Strategy Development._
- Develop a comprehensive integration strategy aligned with the organization's goals and
- Lead integrations withing the company and with customers to enhance data visibility,
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (internally and to our customers) to understand

Integration Architecture Design._
- Design scalable and robust integration architectures that facilitate the seamless exchange of data between disparate systems of our customers and within our systems.
- Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration points and potential
- Define data mapping, transformation, and synchronization processes to ensure data

Integration Implementation._
- Lead the implementation of integration solutions, including configuring middleware, APIs, connectors, and custom scripts.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, customers, vendors, and third-party service providers to deploy integration solutions according to established timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve integration issues proactively.
Automation Initiative Management._
- Identify opportunities for automation across various IT and business processes, such as
- Develop and prioritize automation initiatives based on their potential impact on efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction.
- Implement automation solutions using tools and technologies such as robotic process

Performance Monitoring and Optimization._
- Monitor the performance and reliability of integration and automation solutions, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and address
- Continuously optimize integration and automation processes to enhance efficiency,

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing._
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architectures, configurations, and workflows.
- Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on utilizing integrated systems and automated processes effectively.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration to empower teams to contribute to integration and automation initiatives.
Qualifications._
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT
- In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, such as middleware, automation tools,
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks, including RPA plaEorms,
Jenkins, Ansible).
- Strong analytical, process definition & design, problem-solving skills, with the ability to
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e
g, Microsog Certified:
Azure Integration and
Security, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Fluent in english (speaking, writing and reading).
- Proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, distribution companies.
