The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is responsible for providing case support in the management of the Global Disciplinary Review policy in Mexico through all phases the disciplinary process, under the supervision of an Employee Relations Sr.

Manager.

The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies, programs, and enhancements to maintain and increase employee engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Supports in the governance of global HR and local policies (including employee handbooks) working in conjunction with stakeholders across HR, particularly local labor relations
  • Supports the execution of the Global Disciplinary Review policy in Mexico.
  • Ensures that the Country Disciplinary Panels are convened and executed in alignment with the GDR as well as the documentation and minutes.
  • Supports antiretaliation enhance reviews.
  • Warrants execution of corrective actions determined by country Disciplinary Committees and proper documentation.
  • Partners with Citi Ethics Office on Code of Conduct training and other initiatives
  • Participates in a range of regulatory exams and internal audit reviews.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 25 years relevant experience
  • Proven work ethics and ability to selfstart.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments with strong attention at detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a must
  • Experience in investigation support or related work
  • Fluent English
  • Basic knowledge on Mexican Labor Laws desirable

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Indispensable:

  • Inglés avanzado
  • Excel intermedioavanzado
