    GENERAL
    • Under direct supervision of group leaders, carries out manufacturing operations within a production line, receives certified training in Fiber Optics or Electromechanics operations. Also undergoes On the Job Training when lacking required experience, and upon certification, will be allocated a workstation. Performs necessary administrative tasks to fulfill the role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Inspect materials for production.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
    • Complete production reports.
    • Utilize appropriate tools for the operation.
    • Execute operations following established work instructions.
    • Adhere to established safety rules.
    • Follow internal work regulations.
    • Inspect quality points in the operation.
    • Communicate any detected issues to the team.
    • Perform operations according to authorized procedures, methods, and work instructions. Propose changes in manufacturing processes.
    • Participate in additional activities such as safety brigades, joint safety committees, cafeteria review committee, etc., as per plant needs.
    • This role must understand and comply with the Safety, Health, and Environmental management system requirements, Policy, applicable standards, and procedures.

    EDUCATION
    • Completed primary education or incomplete secondary education.

    REQUIRED SKILLS
    • Good manufacturing practices.
    • Communication skills.
    • Teamwork.
    • Ethical behavior guidance.
    • Proactive, Team player, Disciplined, Available, Communicative, Self-motivated.
